This one-day course is for primary and secondary teachers, cultural educators and artists who work in schools. It will promote understanding of the purposes of drawing, greater confidence in using drawing as a medium for learning across the curriculum, knowledge of a wider range of drawing strategies and links between practice in primary and secondary schools. The diverse collections of The Manchester Museum will be an inspiration and stimulus for planning cross-curricular projects involving drawing.
