10.00am   Welcome and Introduction

10.05am    Sustainability challenges?

              – Interactive exploration of topic with Museum collection

10.20am    Expert talk: University of Manchester researcher

10.40am   Gallery Activities 1: – Split into two groups

– Group A: Interactive Gallery Tour of ‘Extinction or Survival’ exhibition by Museum staff

– Group B: Carbon footprints and you’ – Living Worlds Gallery

11.05am    Gallery Activities 2: – Split into two groups

– Group A: Carbon footprints and you’ Living Worlds Gallery

– Group B: Interactive Gallery Tour of ‘Extinction or Survival’ exhibition by Museum staff

11.30am    Break

11.45am     Expert talk: University of Manchester researcher

12.05pm    Sustainability marketing campaign task

              – Brainstorming activity – ideas so far…-

12.30pm    Lunch (not provided)

1.15pm      Preparation of task in groups

2.15pm      Presentation of ideas to peers and academic judges

2.45pm      Students and judges vote on best idea – prize provided
